How to Make a Frozen Fruit Smoothie

Things You’ll Need:

  • 1 cup of mixed frozen fruit or a fruit of your choice
  • 1 cup of ice
  • 1 1/2 cups of orange juice or one of your choice.
  • 1/4 cup of milk
  • Whipped cream (optional)
  • Blender or smoothie maker


1. Frozen fruit gives smoothies a great taste Put 1 cup of mixed frozen fruit into a blender or smoothie maker. For a great mixture, consider strawberries, peaches, mango, kiwi, and grapes. The blend will create a sweet, fruity flavor.


2. Mix with orange juice for added flavor Add 1 cup of ice to the blender. For a thicker smoothie, try adding more ice.
