Step 1

Decide on the kind of background you would like for your Myspace profile. You can find free backgrounds at Freemyspacebackgrounds.net, Blinkyou.com, Profilepimp.com, and Layoutstuff.com.

Step 2

Open your profile at Myspace.com. Open a second tab or window on your Internet browser.

Step 3

Click the "edit profile" link on your homepage. Copy the code of your background. To do this press "control A". You can also copy the code by highlighting the code with your mouse, right clicking, and selecting "copy."
